Thirty free nominations are being offered to the 2017 G2 Richmond S. winner Barraquero (Ire) (Zebedee {GB}), who stands at Padraig and Paul Moroney's Claremount Stud in Ireland.
Now six, the Manton Thoroughbreds-owned Barraquero retired to stud last year at a fee of €4,000 and his advertised fee for 2021 is €2,500.
“On behalf of the owners, we are offering 30 nominations to Barraquero free of charge,” said Sam Sangster, who bought Barraquero as a yearling for £30,000 and sent him into training with Brian Meehan at Manton.
“In the event the resultant foal or yearling realises over €10,000 we would charge a fee of 15% of the sale price. The impressive G2 Richmond S. winner continues to be well supported by his owners as well as outside mares. We are very excited to see his first foals due any day now.”
